Avocado Smoothie Bowl

These smoothie bowls are so pretty and impressive yet easy. They are naturally sweet, energizing, rich in antioxidants. It’s such a healthy yet delicious way to start your day. 

Usually, we use frozen fruits for smoothie bowls, since we have avocados we don’t have to use frozen fruits. That makes preparing this recipe easy and quick

I used oat milk for this recipe, so I used everything plant base. Depending on your preference, you can always change the ingredient variety. Only two must-have ingredients are avocados and banana. 



Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados ripped 

  • 1 Banana ripped

  • 1 Tbsp Honey ( Substitute: Maple Syrup or Sugar) 

  • 1 to 1 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 2 Strawberries Optional

  • Chia Seeds Optional

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender except strawberries & chia seeds

  • Blend for a minute on high speed

  • It will be harder to blend after a few seconds, so stop the blender, use a spoon to mix everything, add more milk if necessary

  • Blend everything until smooth & creamy

  • Place the creamy smoothie in a bowl, sliced some strawberries and place it on top

  • Finally, add some Chia Seeds. You can pretty much add any toppings

  • Enjoy
