Crab Curry

This is the tastiest crab curry I have ever made. After a few tries, I nailed the perfect crab Curry recipe. Today I am sharing my secret crab recipe with you. What a better way to enjoy seafood than with this flavor-packed crab curry? Simmered in a delectable Yummy sauce, this easy recipe featuring the tender crab is guaranteed to be a winner for your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Crab I used snow crab 

  • 2/3 Cup Tomato Pure Can

  • 1/2 Tsp Tumeric

  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 2 Tsp Curry Powder

  • 1 Tsp Chili Flakes

  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder

  • 1 Tsp Paprika

  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds

  • 2 Tsp Salt

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk

  • 1/2- 1 Whole Onion Chopped

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 2 Cups Water

  • Few Curry Leaves & Pandan Leaves

  • Few Parsley & Green Onion

  • Oil For Frying

Notes

  • First things first, wash the crab well

  • Heat oil, add mustard seeds, Pandan & Curry Leaves

  • Add chopped Garlic, Once its golden color, Add Chopped Onion

  • Once Onion becomes tender, add Tumeric, Black Pepper, Curry Powder, Chill Flakes, Chili Powder & Paprika

  • Mix everything well

  • It’s time to add Tomato Puree 

  • Add Salt

  • Let it cook until boiling

  • Now add the crab and Mix all the gravy with the crab

  • Cover and let it cook for about 5 minutes

  • After add 2 cups of water, let it simmer for another 15 minutes

  • Turn the Crab and bath the crab with gray

  • Now add Coconut Milk & cook for 15 minutes on Medium-low 

  • Top it off with Parsley and Green Onion
