Butter Cake Recipe
This recipe is so easy to make, such a foolproof recipe. Give this a try as this makes baking so simple.
1 cup of Room temperature butter
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 cup all-purpose white flour
3 room temperature eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat the oven to 350-degree F or 180-degree C. Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper. No need to grease the pan.
Mix Sugar and Butter using a hand mixture. Beat well until the mixture is creamy. Make sure all the sugar granules are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Now incorporate 3 eggs one at a time. Remember to use Room temperature eggs. (Take the eggs out of the fridge and leave it outside for 30-40 mins)
Combine everything well using a hand mixer. Remember to scrub everything off the bowl using a spatula.
Add Vanilla extract. Mix everything one more time.
In a separate bowl, incorporate baking powder and flour. Combine using a spoon.
Divide the flour mixture into three sections. Incorporate one section at a time into the butter and sugar mixture.
Remember not to over mix the batter.
After adding the last section, mix for a couple of seconds and use a whisk or spatula to mix everything. At this point, the mixture should be smooth.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and smooth the top part.
Bake in a 360-degree F oven for about 35 mins.
Keep in the middle rack for an even bake.
When the cake is done, toothpick insert into the middle of the cake should come out clean. Baking time varies depending on the size of the oven.
