Mango Ice Cream
This recipe is made without a churn/ ice cream recipe. I’ve been looking for the perfect recipe and finally figure this out. In this recipe, I will share my secrets with you. It has only 5 ingredients and comes together faster than you can ever imagine. It is extremely creamy and rich, full of mango flavor and best of all not too sweet, a great treat for anyone
This mango Ice cream is our personal favorite. Just by adding one mango, it adds so much flavor. For me, the best part is that it has no preservatives or artificial flavors. This is as good as it gets.

1 Ripe Mango
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Lemon juice
3 Tsp Cold Coconut milk
1/2 cup heavy cream cold
Place ripped mango into a blender
Add sugar, thick coconut milk lemon juice
Blend until it makes a purée
Now whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks
Slowly Fold whipping cream and mango pure until combined
Freeze for 5 hours
Keep outside for 20-30 minutes before using
