Oatmeal Pancakes

This recipe will be your go-to pancake recipe. This is something that tastes so good, it’s heart-healthy while maintaining the fluffy and tender texture of a traditional buttermilk pancake. Find some quick oats and throw them in a food processor to get a nutty flour.

A simple breakfast the whole family will enjoy. Add everything into the blender/ food processor, cook on your griddle and voila, you have some of the best pancakes you’ll ever make

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup of Oats 

  • 1 Egg 

  • About 2/3 cup milk 

  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder 

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Honey 

  • 2 Tsp oil

  • 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter 

How to Make 

Ground all the oats using a blender or food processor 

Add rest of the ingredients except milk 

Blend everything  

Now Gradually add milk 

The mixture will look little watery 

Pour the batter into a cup

  • At this stage, the mixture will look little thicker 

Heat a pan and melt some butter 

Pour the mixture into one place and let it spread 

  • In the beginning, give a medium heat

Lower the temperature when it’s drying at the end 

Be very gentle when flipping as it’s easy to break 

Serve with Eggs or Honey 

Flip when edges look brown/ pancake looks dry on top
