Pastry from Frozen Parata Packet


  • Frozen Parata 

  • Filling 

  • Tuna   

  • Seeni Sambol 

  • Boiled Eggs 

  • One Egg for egg wash 

How to Make  

Take the Parata out of the freezer, let it thaw for 5 minutes. Don’t let it completely get to room temperature 

Divide one into two parts 

Keep in the tray prepped with parchment paper

Egg wash, don’t apply on the edges 

Add about 1 tbsp of the mixture, fold over, seal edges 

Optional: Add eggs for the best tastes

Fold over, pinch the edges 

Press the edge using a fork 

 Egg wash

Bake for 375°F for 20- 25 minutes 

Bake until Goldern color
