Simple & Easy Brownie

Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 Cup Chocolate powder
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Tablespoon Oil Coconut or Olive
2 Eggs
1 1/8 cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
First, let’s begin by melting Butter, Into that, Add Sugar and oil
Give it a mix, it is a clumpy mixture and that's alright
Add eggs, beat well until creamy
Add vanilla and beat again. This is the last time we are beating with a hand mixture
Now add Salt
Shift flour: All-purpose and chocolate powder. Incorporate flour into the mixture
Use a spatula to combine everything
Mix everything and fold in the same direction
Now everything should be combined well, you should have a thick batter
Place parchment paper in a baking pan. Grease the pan by applying vegetables spray or melted butter
Pour the brownie batter and flatten it
Optional: Add chocolate chips on top, you also can mix chocolate chips with the batter as well
Bake in the 350 °f preheated oven for about 22-25 minutes
When you insert a toothpick into the middle, it should come out wet
Now it won’t look like the brownie with the crust right away
So let it rest for about 30 minutes
Cut into small pieces and let it rest again for few mins or refrigerate
Serve with some powdered sugar depending on the preference
