The Best Vegan Nutella Recipe

This is the best Nutella you will ever make. It's smooth creamy and delicious. Just like the store-bought but better because this is Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Healthy. After tasting this, you won't ever buy Nutella from the stores again!
Simply blend all the ingredients until smooth and you’ll enjoy this spread in minutes.
In my house we love making fun recipes with this Nutella, I will share my favorite recipe at the end of this recipe.
Few Tips before we begin
Most likely you will need a food processor as it's easy to cream dry nuts using a food processor.
If you can't find roasted Hazelnuts buy the Raw Hazelnuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, add hazelnuts in a baking tray. Baked for 10 minutes. Now use your hand to roll the nuts and remove the skin.
If you have roasted Hazelnuts (salted version) simply skip the salt.
Use Cocoa Powder if you don't have Cacao
2 cups Roasted Hazelnuts ( Unsalted)
1/4 cup Cacao Powder ( Or cocoa powder)
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1+ Tbsp milk ( Oat or Almond Milk)
1 Tbsp melted Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of Salt
High-Speed Food Processor
How to Make
Place all the roasted Hazelnuts in a high-powered food processor.
Blend on high speed for few minutes until buttery.
Once in awhile use a spatula to clean the edges of the food processor so everything will blend equally.
Continue blending until it's smooth
In the first stage, it will look like a finely ground paste. Slowly it will get thick nut butter consistency. Continue blending until it gets soft and smooth.
Now add the rest of the ingredients except the milk
Process it on high for a few seconds. The mixture will get thick at this point
Slowly add 1 teaspoon of milk and mix on high.
Continue adding the rest of the milk until you get the desired consistency. The milk amount will vary depending on the consistency you prefer.
Now Taste the Nutella. Add more maple syrup if you prefer it to be sweeter.
Within a few minutes now you have so delicious Nutella. Add the Nutella into a glass jar and place it in the fridge.
Here is my favorite Nutella creation. Take a few of the whole roasted Hazelnut, Dip them in Nutella, keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes or so and now you will have a homemade Ferrero’s Rocher.
