Tuna Cucumber Sandwiches

Between the crunchy cucumbers, the creamy tuna salad, and the fresh onion, this sandwich truly is no-fuss in every way. It's gluten-free & Keto-friendly.

It's easy to make, perfect for prepping in advance, and it stores well in the fridge. This has become one of our favorite snacks for the evening. It's so filling yet light and refreshing.


  • 1 Cucumber

For Tuna Mixture

  • 1 Can of Tuna

  • 1/4 cup Red Onion

  • 2 Tbsp Organic Mayo

  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice

  • 1/4 Tbs Black Pepper

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder

How to Make

  • Start by mixing all the ingredients for Tuna Mixture.

  • Wash the cucumber, pat dry

  • Slice Cucumber into 1/4 inch Slices

  • Use two slices, place one scoop of the mixture in the middle
