Vegan & Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Updated: Aug 27, 2020
Alright guys, here is the recipe you all were waiting for! A vegan, gluten-free pizza crust that’s easy to make with 4 ingredients you probably have right now.
Easy to make, Crisp on the edges, Tender (but firm) in the middle, Firm enough to hold toppings, & best of all it's insanely delicious! It can't get better than this.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Water
How to Make
Preheat oven to 375 degrees °F and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with a parchment paper.
To a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour, almond flour, and Olive oil
Now add the water. Add little at a time, incorporate more or less depending on the consistency. Consistency should be wet enough to make into a ball but not a sticky dough
Once the dough forms into a ball, transfer it to the surface. ( Don't want flour)
Knead for about 3-5 minutes or until it becomes a soft dough
Transfer the dough to the prepared parchment paper
Now roll the dough using a rolling pin. I use another parchment paper on top and rolled it so I can roll in smoothly
Now shape the edges according to your preference.
Make sure to poke the dough using a fork so it helps to release air and not have air bubbles while baking
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes
Take out of the oven, add your favorite vegan topping.
Bake for additional 10 minutes in 425 degrees oven.
Enjoy.
